ABC Radio's The World Today
The Chief Scientist spoke with the ABC’s Bridget Brennan on The World Today about the Day of STEM, a new online program that aimsto encourage secondary and tertiary students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics(STEM).
“Too many students I think aren’t encouraged at different stages during their education to think of what career options are available to them, rather than just one or two or three,” Professor Chubb said. “There are very many STEM skills can be usefully applied.”
