A series of workshops led by Australia’s Chief Scientist in partnership with the CSIRO and other organisations. 

Emerging quantum technologies will impact all Australians, from better healthcare with more advanced imaging techniques, to safer and more efficient transport systems made possible through quantum computing’s unparalleled data processing capabilities. 

Australian businesses need to ensure they are prepared for the impact of quantum technology in their sector to maximise the opportunities it presents. The ‘Quantum Meets’ workshop series introduces the quantum opportunity to sectors across the economy, bringing business, government and researchers together to identify industry challenges that quantum technologies could address and define the problems that need attention.

Each ‘Quantum Meets’ workshop targets a particular industry sector and aims to:

• Accelerate the take-up of and build demand for quantum technologies
• Facilitate collaboration between business, government and researchers
• Identify industry challenges that quantum technologies could address.
